Shipping policy

All supplies are shipped separately from LIVE and delivered to your door. 

All live are shipped to local hub for pick up unless otherwise stated.  We usually ship Monday-Wednesday.  LAG (live arrival guarantee) is a video/picture forwarded within 1 hour of delivery stamp.  Shipping delays aren't caused by seller but we always attempt to work something out in case DOA (dead on arrival)

Tracking will be provided by carrier and emailed to you.  Please check for tracking and let us know if there are any issues.
